1st Clock - See the date as well as the time in your tray clock. Find today's date with a glance! Specify what and how to display in the clock area, select any color, size, font and background. Monitor computer's CPU and memory performance and load.

Never miss important moments in your life with powerful and reliable alarms and reminders, with unique unobtrusive notifications! Set any number of one-time and repeating alarms with custom messages, sounds, colors, fonts, icons and actions.

When the alarm goes off, it displays a balloon notification near the clock area for a few seconds. Click the balloon to open the alarm window or just leave it gently blinking in your taskbar. High priority alarms display their message straight in the center of the screen.

1st Clock has been deliberately designed to handle the multitude of alarms with ease. You can browse, search and manage alarms, view their schedule for any period of time. Transfer alarms between computers using the backup and restore feature.

1st Clock never forgets your alarms. All alarms left unattended will display after the reboot. The unique Alarm Recycle Bin comes to the rescue if you accidentally delete an important alarm!

Have a super-accurate time reference on your desktop, with extremely precise time synchronization (up to 1/50s accuracy). Adjust the time with atomic time servers either once or regularly at the specified intervals. 1st Clock queries several servers to improve reliability and precision of your computer's time. You can keep a log of time updates, use proxies, and apply a custom offset to the atomic time.

Use 1st Clock time server to synchronize time in the entire network.

Click the clock once to open 1- or 2-months calendar view. Find the difference between dates. Use the calendar to review and add alarms.

Check the time in selected time zones. Copy date and time to the clipboard.

1st Clock is fully compatible with Windows Vista and supports both 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows.

· The fully functional version may be used according to the number and type of licenses you purchase.

a) If you purchase a SINGLE LICENSE, then the fully functional copy of this product may be used by one and only one of the following ways:

a.1) Personally by a single person, who uses the software on one or more computers.

a.2) Installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people.

b) If you purchase a NUMBER OF LICENSES, then the fully functional copy of this product may be used by one and only one of the following ways:

b.1) Personally by the number of persons equal to the number of purchased licenses, who use the software on one or more computers.

b.2) Installed on the number of workstations equal to the number of purchased licenses, and each of them used non-simultaneously by multiple people.

b.3) Installed on a single workstation, used simultaneously by the number of persons equal to the number of purchased licenses. (e.g. software located on the server and accessed from the local workstations).

c) If you purchase a SITE LICENSE, then the fully functional copy of this product may be used on an unlimited number of workstations at the same physical SITE location. This SITE location would normally be defined as a single building, but could be considered to be a number of buildings within the same, general, geographical location, such as an industrial estate or small town.

d) If you purchase a WORLD-WIDE LICENSE, then the fully functional copy of this product may be used on an unlimited number of computers, regardless of location, but owned or under the control of the purchaser.

e) If you purchase a FAMILY LICENSE, then the fully functional copy of this product may be used personally by you and all members of your family, on one or more computers.

· The sale of and/or distribution of licensed copies of this software is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of licensed copies of software products of Green Parrots Software.

· Registration Code/Product Key/Software License File(s)/Web site or Log-in information to download your licensed copy of this software constitutes the confidential proprietary information of the Licensor and may not be distributed outside of the area of legal control of the person or persons who purchased the original license, without written permission of the copyright holder. You may not give away, sell or otherwise transfer your Registration Code/Product Key/Software License File(s)/Web site or Log-in information to download your licensed copy to a third party. Doing so will result in an infringement of copyright. Green Parrots Software retains the right of claims for compensation in respect of damage which occurred by your giving away the Registration Code/Product Key/Software License File(s)/Web site or Log-in information to download your licensed copy. This claim shall also extend to all costs which Green Parrots Software incurs in defending itself.

· The trial and demo versions of 1st Clock may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of 1st Clock without written permission from the copyright holder.

· The evaluator/user/buyer/owner is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile software and products of Green Parrots Software.

· Green Parrots Software is not required under this License to provide any installation, training or other services to you. Such services, if available, must be purchased separately. Green Parrots Software reserves the right at any time not to release or to discontinue release of 1st Clock and to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of any future releases of 1st Clock.
